REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must:

• Be unused
• Be unworn
• Be in their original packaging

Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or altered cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Used products
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Gift cards (if applicable)
